I just got home from work and checked my email and checked the status of my NOA2 and it said it was approved and sent, so it should be in the mail later today or tomorrow I hope. It only took 4 short months :rolleyes: The best thing is that today is my birthday and my fiances birthday was on the 5th so this is a great birthday present for us both!!! Hopefully the rest of the process will go fast now and we can be together soon. I hope all other June filers have gotten theirs too

well thats good news for you, but it sucks for the K3 filers that filed 3-4 months before you. so why exactly are you posting it in a K3 forum ? why don't you roll ur eyes on the correct forum ? and YEA, I have my approvals already, so it don't effect me. its just the majority of the k3 filers are paying the high price of VSC bulls--t. so go to the correct forum and post please !!!

I-130 for Parents (Mom and Dad)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

November 25, 2008 - AOS & IV Fee Bills rejected; Paid Fees again online (now pending)

November 26, 2008 - AOS & DS-230 packets overnighted to NVC (payments show as paid)

December 16, 2008 - K-3 Visa Interview (now cancelled)

December 2, 2008 - Case complete @ NVC; waiting for interview date to be set
