Yup u need to go to the Bureau of Immigration, Intramuros Manila

I got my son's exit permit last september,

Fees:

Certificate - 720 pesos

express lane fee - 500 pesos

Requirements:

1 photocopy NSO BirthCertificate of the child

1 photocopy US Passport of the child

Bring the original for checking

4 2x2 ID pics

Bring your child for fingerprinting

If your son got his Citizenship last january, they will count how many months he got his citizenship and multiple it to a certain amount per month..

It's not that big..maybe less than a thousand per month, If you like you can email BI help desk: xinfo@immigration.gov.ph to inquire about it son's case.

HOpe it helps..goodluck ..

PS..you will get your son's exit permit the same day.
