Thank you Guys! At least our case are moving on. Since I thought it has been almost 3 weeks I thought I can see my status online. But it's not yet there.. :(( does it really take that long..?

I checked it and it says, case doesn't exist... :o

don't worry the lazy bums at USCIS haven't updated the online system...mine and a bunch of others still not showing up either....

I just have a question about timeline? I asked several friends here in Vj about our timeline here, and they told me that sometimes it was followed. Huh??? does it mean, we will be adjucated between August to DECEMBER 2009???

Says mine would be 2010. I don't have much faith in the calculator it's using. Don't worry :D

thats way too far.. thats not true (i guess) but lets all just pray for the process to be smooth without delays. :thumbs:

HI Joe, are you a USC already? bcoz of you are it won't take long like that.

kath, you are in CSC, they are pretty much quick working asses so that might be the reason why you are a lot more advance that us from VSC.

HI Joe, are you a USC already? bcoz of you are it won't take long like that.

kath, you are in CSC, they are pretty much quick working asses so that might be the reason why you are a lot more advance that us from VSC.

Actually I am American, My wife is Filipina. I was just pointing out that the calculation says that our (Me and my wifes)case would be completed in 2010, a few years ago it would take about 2 years for a K-3 to be processed. I tend to think thw calculations are a bit outdated in the timeline calculator. We opted not to do the K-3 cause we have seen and have read that it moves as fast as the Ir1/cr1 so we didn't bother.

mine says between Oct 20th 2009 to Dec 25th 2009...Hopefully they are absolutely wrong and more like Feb/Mar 2009... Wishful thinking right guys... :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

to prove my point read the post called "Approved" and then read the persons timeline. It says there according to their information they will be adjucated in 2009 and yet they are approved december 2008. I am sure the time line was helpful at some point with it's calculations but I for one am not believeing it. Honestly its more frustrating than the actual waiting.
