Now I'm sitting here, smiling and waiting for my hubby to get up and call so I can brighten his day. The poor guy has a dental appointment today

11-14-2008: NOA1

01-13-2009: Transfer to CSC

01-30-2009: APPROVED!!!!!!!!!

02-04-2009: NOA2 in mail

04-14-2009: medical

05-14-2009: Interview

05-15-2009: picked up visa

05-24-2009: PoE: Miami

06-04-2009: received 2 ! welcome letters

06-08-2009: received 3rd welcome letter

06-25-2009: Greencard in mail

07-06-2009: received SSN

07-13-2009: got my DL!

aw... he'll be in cloud 9 when he wakes up and hear this wonderful news.

My hubby was sick this past almost 3 days. The more and more I should be beside him.

And this is one good sign the end of this process is getting near.

I was about to loose hope that I will never see our case online, but God was so good, he even gave

us a bonus of getting transfered to CSC. I might thinking expecting too much, but to those got transfered only took at least 2 months to get approved? though noone knows how long.

Dang, looks like he's already at work to make up for the time he needs for his appointment or he's on his way to the hospital. Well, my bad, I wasn't supposed to be at home right now, but my mom's car didn't need to go to the shop. The shocks work again, maybe they were just frozen. The universe plays a strange game sometimes.

ok so it looks like i might be getting online and hopefully transferred either today or sometime this week...

this is how i came to the conclusion...

my case # is EAC09036XXXXX...036 being the 36th day of the USCIS fiscal year.

so what i did was i typed in EAC09035XXXXX, to check the 35th day, until i found a case number that was found in the system....i found a case in 2 tries...lol...so that case was transferred yesterday, not sure when it came online.

that case number is around 1000 cases apart from mine, so if the USCIS are doing their job properly i should see some results by the end of the week.... :clock: :clock: :clock:

02-20-2014 mailed I-130 for my parents


02-24-2014 USCIS received the I-130 docs


03-17-2014 USCIS approved the petition (took 15 days, weekdays only)


03-25-2014 USCIS shipped the approved case to NVC


04-02-2014 NVC received the papers (6 days from the approval date)


05-01-2014 Got the 2 case numbers. (21 days)


05-07-2014 Got an email & paid the AOS fee (4 days); DS-261(Choice of Agent) sent


05-09-2014 AOS status "PAID" (2 days from the date the was paid)


05-22-2014 AOS docs delivered in NVC


06-27-2014 RFE for I864 and I864A (i left the Place of residence blank, 26 days from the date they received the AOS)


06-28-2014 Mailed the corrected forms to NVC


06-30-2014 NVC received the AOS corrected forms


07-01-2014 Received IV Bill Invoice, paid.


07-02-2014 PAID status of the mother


07-07-2014 PAID status of the father
