I-765 quick question

Hey all. We finally made it to this forum from the K1 forum! I'm sending in the I-765 along with our I-485 to adjust status and I have 2 questions on this form.

Line 15: Current Immigration Status: ???

From what I can tell on the instructions I would put Adjustment Applicant since we're at the adjusting stage now... I just want to verify I'm correct on this.

Line 16: Eligibility Category, ( ? ) ( ? ) ( ? )

The adjustment Applicant is ©(9) is there another category I need to put down? She entered on a K1 and we married in the 90 timeline. Would I just fill in ( ( c) (9) ) in one parenthesis and leave the other two sets blank, or a ( ( c) ) ( (9) ) in two and leave one set blank?? ... should there be more than one set of numbers and letters associated? I don't see anything else we fall under since the K-1 is done now.

Oh, and one last thing, we can send this in at the same time as the I-485 and in the same packet right???
