(CNN) — A 13-year-old girl accused of adultery was stoned to death last month in a soccer stadium in Somalia, witnesses told CNN.
Soccer is clearly a dangerous sport and must be banned!! In the meantime, we need government regulation and oversight of this game, and no one under 18 years old must be permitted to participate or attend this dangerous, violent sport. Edited by akdiver

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

And to top it off.. None of the men accused of rape were arrested, Amnesty International said.
Well gee, maybe they didn't do it!! I know this is hard to believe, but not everyone who is accused of something actually do it. Many times, there is not enough (or any) evidence to make an arrest.

I was once accused of arson - and I had nothing to do with it. Had I been arrested merely on accusation, with a complete lack of evidence, that would have really sucked.

I've read similar cases on this and each one is truly heartbreaking. Some of the excuses they use are that under Islam you need four witnesses to accuse someone of somthing. More than likely there were not four reliable witnesses that could testify against the three men (I never figured out what you can do if there isn't enough good witnesses). Anyway, this is what backwards countries like this use to let the men go. Unfortunately the evidence against the girl is her loss of virginity which they can just have four different people inspect her and use as witnesses saying she isn't a virgin. I really can't figure out how they can call it adultry unless they are implying one or more of those three men was married. Of course then you would have to admit they actually raped her. None of it makes sense, but I thought I would give the silly excuses they use in answer to some of your questions.

EXACTLY!

How can she be guilty of adultery by herself?

That's like someone committing a conspiracy by themselves.

I would have no problem investing in satellite technology that would allow us to see something like this when it's happening,

and surgically stop those that are throwing stones at a helpless child in a "killing pit".

Reminds me of lyrics from a song...

"Violence breaks out at Hip Hop concert. Hip Hop blamed for violence.

Violence breaks out at a soccer game. Soccer blamed for violence.

Violence breaks out at peace rally. Peace blamed for violence."

You know I was thinking of other cases like this the other day and remebered that saying about how the first to cast a stone should be free of sin. I don't remember the exact wording but where do you find someone who is free of sin to stone this girl? At the very least they should make anyone who wants to throw stones at these poor women swear on the Quran and to God that they have never commited any kind of fornification including looking at a woman in a lustful way. See if they could find a single man who would be qualified to throw stones then!!! I hate hipocrites more than almost anyone else.

If their gay then their most likely still guilty of fornification and some other sins. I don't know if I've ever heard of anyone being punished for being gay over there though.

True, but they will not have looked at women in a lustful way.

They get a rather painful form of "head job"

Those people are nuts!!! :angry::angry::angry::angry:

Swap the placing of the 'n' and the 'u' and add a strategically placed 'c' and you're not far wrong. Absolute fcucking filth. As a general rule, I firmly believe that no mortal man (or woman) has the right to take another's life, but if I were there witnessing this, and I was armed with a fully automatic weapon, then I would happily empty the contents of its magazine into this shower of shite.:angry::angry:

Well doing that would remove the girl of any wrongdoing and make her murder 'unjustified'. :\

It's horrible but not surprising. I wonder though if she was married, because they called it adultery.

muslim countries consider adultery as premariatal sex, not as we see it as cheating on a spouse.

Somalia has some brutal generals. These guys are the original inspirations for the hip hop thug fashion style and that is for real.

That is odd because it is clear as day in the Quran and hadiths that the punishments are different between adultry and pre-marital sex. Most muslim countries do differentiate except the most backwards ones like Pakistan, Somalia, Afghanistan, etc. From what I have seen even Saudi doesn't usually allow death as a punishment for pre-marital sex though some families will take matters into their own hands.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
