Do you guys know if I can make out a personal check for the AOS Fees ? $1010.00 or does it have to be a cashiers check ??

Also Im getting very confused. When does all this HAVE to be mailed. Is it 90 days from the time he enters the country or 90 days after we get married ? or is it 60 days .... Please help !!

Check or Money Order (personal check is best because it's easier for you to track). Tip; Write your Spouse's A# on the check. (Can write just one check for AOS/EAD/AP.)

You should file for AOS as soon as possible after getting married. (The 90 day thing is - you must marry within that time frame.)
