I got a NOA requested me to submit more documentation to proof our marriage is base on good faith. I got join filed tax report, CC statements with both names, life insurance policy, medical family insurance i'm under his name. We don't have join bank account since we'd like to have our bank account seperate but I'm using a CC under his account.

Anyways, there is one thing they list:

" Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship "

Do i have to do this in front of a lawyer?!!! or is it ok to have my parents in law to write letter and that letter can count as " affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people "?

I do have photos and invoice of the family trip we went together with in-law. I think that may help too.

They mean affidavits from two different people, and there is no need to use a lawyer. Each affidavit's signature must be witnessed by a Notary Public, a free service offered by law offices and banks, among other places. They should not sign the written statement (affidavit) until they are in the presence of the Notary Public.

Check your local bank, most banks have notaries on staff, and virtually all in the USA provide notary service for NO CHARGE.

In my case I work at college, there are several notaries on staff, I can have my signature notarized with no problems.
