Love the dress! I think I actually looked into getting that one back when DH and I first were engaged and I had this whole fairy tale wedding thing worked out. What did you guys serve at the reception?

02/23/08 - Filed for removal of conditions.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

12/07/08 - Adopted the fuzzy feline love of my life, my Squeaky baby th_catcrazy.gif

02/23/09 - Apply for citizenship

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

We had chicken tagine, lamb skewers, and couscous :D

We also had an Arabic band (that happened to have two Moroccan members, so they played just Moroccan music for the last half hour) and a bellydancer, here's some pictures (I'm glad we made the decision to get a professional photographer, I know we wouldn't have had such beautiful photos otherwise)

October 31, Embassy received petition

November 1, Embassy called to set up fingerprint appointment

OMG!!! Sharon, you and Majid look so wonderful, so happy..... soooo *married* LOL! Love the pics, looks like a great time was had by all - and you look stunning, Majid looks so handsome...

I like the table settings w/ the Moroccan lamps and pics.... and the bellydancer looked great, I guess she was good too.... looks very professional!
