How do i request expedite service to get my I130 approval for my wife. Beacuse she is pregnent.

Go ahead and try but I am sorry to inform you that pregnancy does not meet the criteria for an expedite

Agreed. If it was, you'd have a lot of people getting pregnant for the wrong reasons (if you ask me)

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

Sorry; but they are correct. I have not heard of anyone getting expedited just cause they are expecting. And, yes, I believe everyone would be pregnant going through this, if it were the case.

Unless.....are you in the military, by chance?
