Any problems with USCIS website?

I checked my pending I-751 yesterday, and for a split moment I was happy. It looked like my application was touched. What was wierd is that the application date said 10/27/2007. I sent my application on 12/24/07, then the other items that I still had on my screen like my EAD card and I-130 were totally different dates. Maybe this was a computer glitch. Has this happened to anyone before? And here I was thinking they got to my application! :angry:

10/26/09 Sent application to Lewisville TX.

10/27/09 Rec'd Application signed by B. Conteh

10/29/09 Check cashed

11/02/09 Rec'd NOA date showing 10/29/09

11/09/09 Rec'd letter Bio Appointment

11/17/09 Bio Appointment 8am

11/20/09 Called FBI-Prints were sent back to USCIS same day.

12/03/09 Rec'd email from USCIS that the RFE was a mistake.

12/04/09 Rec'd email from USCIS saying that I have been transferred for an interview.

12/07/09 Rec'd letter for interview on 1/11/10 @11am in Fairfax, VA.

01/11/10 Interview completed. Passed test decision can't be made.

03/02/10 Contacted Senator's office...No reply yet!

03/04/10 Senator office called says can take up to 120 days.

04/12/10 Service request filed.

05/12/10 Contacted Senator's office again.

05/12/10 Told over the phone that I was approved. Believe it when I see it!

06/04/10 Senators office tells me the adjudicator who interviewed me thinks I have a criminal record. Send out all paper work showing no criminal record.

06/08/10 Leave for Canada

06/09/10 Get RCMP certificate showing no criminal record. Fax off to senators office.

06/23/10 Approved for Citizenship

06/24/10 USCIS contacts Senators office

06/28/10 Find out that I have been approved for citizenship and they are just waiting to schedule my oath.

07/12/10 Put in line for oath ceremony....wonder how long that will be!

08/18/10 Called USCIS confirmed they sent oath letter for 09/17/2010 at 9am.

09/17/10 Oath ceremony at 9am..... US Citizen!!!! Applied for passport.

I had posted about this a while ago. My notice receipt date on paper says they received my application on Oct. 31, but my online status says they received it on Nov. 08. So I asked on the forum if anyone had this weird changes on their receipts date and the answer was "yes". Not as weird as yours though, they had a difference of a weeks or so in days. But I wouldn't worry about it. It seems that USCIS system is having a few glitches.

Yes this happened to me as well, USCIS says online they rec'd my application on 1/7//08(that is when they cashed my check), but all my other paper work says 12/26/07. Go figure!!!

I know this is the Government, but these days that is no longer an excuse. I would like to know why USCIS is so different from other Government agencies. I work for the Government (State not Federal) and we are consistantly updating our online content to provide the public with better access to our data. USCIS has kept people in the dark for years. I could understand if I could not access my water rights or something like that, but they are talking about our lives here. They have no excuse. The only one that I can think of these days is that they consider the public unworthy of knowledge and that they are above everyone.

So how do we go about changing this fact? Without getting deported or something? I think they like to keep us scared of them?

K-1 Packet Received 11/29/2005

DS-230 sent 11/29/2005

Request for Interview sent 12/19/2005

Interview Notice received 1/3/2006

Interview is scheduled for 3/6/2006

Changed Medical to 3/1/06

Interview went great and easy - Visa received 3/6/06

Customs - 2+ hours - 3/6/06

Applied for SSN - 3/8/06

Received SSN - 3/13/06 - 1.5 days to process and 1 day to mail - INCREDIBLE!!!

Wedding - 3/18/06

AOS, EAD filed 3/25/06

EAD Approved 6/23/06

Interview 9/25/06

Approved 9/28/06 !!!!!!!!

Now it starts again

I-751

I-751 Mailed 8/29/08

I-751 Received 9/2/08

NOA1 Date 9/2/08

Received NOA1 9/9/08

Biometrics taken at InfoPass Appt 10/3/08 - still no ASC Letter

Application has Supervisory Hold, Local Office is investigating why 10/3/08

12/8/08 - still no answer from Local Office and still no biometrics letter

12/16/08 - Card Production Ordered!!!!!

12/20/08 - Card Received !!!!!!

Now we wait until 6/20/2018 to renew the Green Card !!!!!

Waiting is tough, but oh so worth it!!!
