Congrats... and u have to wait till NVC recive ur case and they will send package i-864 to u .. and this will take like almost 10 day's to 15 day's

Rabi, why do you want OP to fill out K-3? And there is no option of filling out K-3 for her anymore, now that i-130 has been approved.

i havent receive our NOA2 yet, all i know is that they granted our request to expedite my papers..

we are filing for IR-1..

thanks.. im not sure but we have been corresponding with a senator representative from SC for 4 weeks now.. she just email my hubby about updates and everything..
