interviewed on Oct23 onwards? (Pink slip)

Any of you guys have their interview on Oct23 onwards (and received pink slip)?

Have you received your visa already? I believe the visas are released by batch.<<(not sure) I just need some info if any of you received your visa already from delbros.. I'm a bit worried.. well actually a lot.. I've been waiting for 2 weeks now and still nothing.. I'm also tracking it everyday (at least 5x a day), same old -- SHIPMENT IN PROCESS AT THE EMBASSY :angry:

my husband's interview was 10/28. we had to get the documents for doc verification ourselves. did u have to do that. we just hand in the docs the other day and now waiting for the visa release.

TIMELINE: K-3

9/21/07: I-130 received at Chicago

1/3/08: I-130 NOA 1

1/16/08: I-129 NOA1

9/15/08:approval of both I-130 and I-129F

10/4/08: received letter from USEM to schedule for interview

10/16-10/17/08: husband passed medical

10/28/08: i went to my husband's interview (pink slip) but more requirements needed from NSO a repeat of CENMAR and MC, marriage index w/ CDLI

11/4/08: husband hand delivered additional docs to USEM; waiting for consul to review it

11/14: consul reviewed docs

11/19: i received letter from Senator stating that husband's Visa approved.

11/20: visa released to delbros

11/24/08: visa in hand

11/26/08:husband flew to Georgia

working permit

12/1/08: sent via USPS to VSC

12/8/08: NOA 1

1/22/09: approved

1/28/09: received EAD card

AOS

7/13/09:AOS package sent via USPS

7/15/09: received at Chicago Lockbox

7/17/09: check for $1010 cashed

7/21/09: NOA 1 for AOS received

7/27/09: biometrics appt notice scheduled for 8/19/09 3pm, atlanta service center

8/19/09: husband's biometrics done

9/26/09: AOS interview approved: waiting for the 10 yr green card

10/7/09: green card received

2012: apply for citizenship

hello...

i was interviewed oct 27,2008.delbros texted me yesterday that my visa is in transit

to butuan city, and have my valid id ready. when i checked delbros.com it says SHIPMENT RCVD AT DISTRIBUTION CENTER. Where on the phils are you?

APRIL 22,2008 NOA1

SEPT 12,2008 NOA2

OCT 14-15,2008 MEDICAL -- -- PASSED

OCT 27,2008 INTERVIEW APPROVED

NOV 7, 2008 VISA RCVD

NOV 18, 2008 CFO FOR STAMP

NOV 19, 2008 FLIGHT TO USA( POE SEATTLE)

NOV 29, 2008 WEDDING

dont worry to much, im on my 7 weeks of waiting and some other members here waited longer than me too. so just hang on, soon u will received your visa the less u expected.

uhmmm, well actually no.. After receiving the pink slip, we go home and wait, wait, and wait for the visa to arrive. And still waiting up to now. By the way we didn't get any instructions after receiving the pink slip (i think =p) ... Did you?

You may want to ask your petitioner to call the Immigration Unit Visa of USEM to follow up the status of your case.

The number is +63 (2) 301-2000 locs. 5184/5185 and look for Grace or Lorraine. Do note that these extensions are for US Citizens only.

How did you do DV yourselves?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

hello i was interviewed last oct. 24..and my visa was delivered last oct. 31...its one week after my interview...well we just be patient and think that God has a better plan for all of us in this journey...

yes 7 weeks for tomorrow. but yet im here willing to wait. cuz i know this wait will get over soon, and im still lucky than other who need to have there physical heal for 6 months. look like they are waiting for their NOA2 again. just think about the brigther side we have, though we waited this long now. soon u willl have it, the less u expected it.

my interview was Oct. 24th and got visa Oct. 29th.

04/18/07 first he sent message to me ( Interkontakt.net) then we became friends, bestfriends, and a lover :)

01/13/08 we first met personally at NAIA airport

o1/21/08 became engaged

01/25/08 he flew back to FL.

04/10/08 papers sent to VSC

04/15/08 papers received to VSC

04/21/08 check cashed/ noticed receipt issued (noa1)

04/24/08 touched

04/25/08 noa1 hard copy received

05/21/08 touched

07/28/08 touched ( i was so excited if we will get approve )

07/29/08 touched ( but it was an rfe lol )

07/29/08 rfe sent from uscis and fiance received it through fax. actually he called that time to follow up our case and the woman said that we have our rfe so my fiance asked to send it through fax right away.

07/29/08 request documents needed sent to uscis

07/30/08 touched

08/

07/31/08 Rfe's document was delivered at 12:50 PM. The item was signed for by P NOVAK.

08/01/08 touched=case resumed on process

08/03/08 touched ( not excited )

08/05/08 touched ( wonder why touched again lol )

08/06/08 touched again lol ( hummm they are working our case :) )

08/13/08 NOA2 ( WERE APPROVED) :) THANK YOU LORD!

09/15-16/08 medical I hope everything will be fine

10/24/08 interview sched. wish me luck! God help me :)

10/29/08 visa received!

Good day sir. I have a question if you don't mind.. if i actually call this number can they give me the exact status of my visa? Not those crappy answers like "sir, u just have to wait blah blah" something like that. (sorry no offense =p) ..Because i really want to know the status, something like "the DV is not yet finished" something like that (a more concrete answer). Btw thanks for the info.. :)
