I'm sorry to hear about all the blue slips recently. I would give them what they ask for as quickly as possible and hopefully there will only be a short delay. Hang in there.

Could all of the blue slips be that they are just not going to give out any more pink's for the rest of this year? Is there some kind of limit they have to work with?

Scary thought Jack... I thought that too, maybe they have a quota or something. Like cops in America MUST give out a certain # of tickets. UGH.

They didn't keep our evidence the first time we interviewed. In fact, they didn't even look at it. The blue slip requested a timeline and more proof of relationship.

06-29-09 received GC in mail

4-18-11 mailed I-751 CSC

CIS Office : California Service Center

Date Filed : 2011-04-18

NOA Date Received : 2011-06-06

Date on NOA: 2011-04-22

Bio. Appt. : 2011-06-24

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

I submitted the rebuttal package my lawyer prepared from our first case as part of our evidence. The cover letter states that I have repesentation so, that might have been why they kept it.

I plan on bringing our Timeline and her list of relative in the US to the Consulate on Mon. That should satisfy their request.

They issued us another Blue for AP. I have been emailing them for the past few days asking about meeting with a CO and when our case will be complete.

Never go to the Consulate on a Monday. I spent 2 hours waiting to get a Notary stamp and then 5 hours waiting for Tuyen to hand in the Timeline and Relative List.

Apologize for not being on lately. Been real busy taking care of Hurricane damage and other stuff. My babe has her interview on the 5th of December. She is very worried of course and no amount of me telling her not to be so nervous helps. I am sure she will be fine though. She also was just in HCMC to do the medical stuff and one of the shots has made her ill. She went back to get results and they were all good and she told the doctor about being ill and he said it should pass in a few more days. She also went and paid her interview fee. Thansk everyone for all the help so far and I promise to update the timeline soon.

Hi all,

My fiance came to pick up package 3 on October 31st and turned it in on November 3rd. The lady at the embassy told her that she will receive it at the end of December? Does it usually take that long (about 2 months) to receive package 4?

Thanks,

Yes Yeuemhhieu it does and took about that long for my fiancee to get hers.

Also I said that my fiancee had her interview on the 5th. It is the 9th. She is still very nervous and no matter what I say or her family there or here says can get her to relax any. She is not sick anymore. The doctor was right and after 4-5 days she was better. Sometimes the shots do this and I remember many years ago I had a flu shot that made me sick.
