Hey VN filers, long time no posts from you ... need some good news from VN. Who is the next to get pink? Please be sure you post! Us VN filers waiting look forward to your updates. My fiancee still doesn't have interview date! :crying:

11/03/2007 - 1st time to meet at her house

05/03/2008 - 2nd time to meet at her house also, begin our serious relationship

05/012/2008 - returned States

07/03/2008 - accepted as being my lover, after long ... long several trials, begin paper work collected

08/06/2008 - I-129F sent

08/08/2008 - NOA1 received by mail

12/24/2008 - approved

12/25/2008 - approval notice email sent from CRIS

12/31/2008 - received hard copy of NOA2

01/05/2009 - NVC received

01/05/2009 - stuck in NVC for AP

02/25/2009 - Ash Wednesday 2009: in AP for 7 weeks and 2 days = 51 days

02/26/2009 - NVC left

03/02/2009 - HCM Consulate General received electronic file

03/19/2009 - Packet 3 received

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

As for us we are still waiting for a "decision" I have send two emails and gotten to very nice responces that for the most part say, just wait. Nov 15 will be one month waiting since Xuan turned in the requested documents from the green sheet and was given a blue sheet that said, wait for a decision.

I just get back home fron Us consulate.Again this time blue sliptell me to sumit timeline of my husband and the list of family in usa and proof of addresee such as driver's licens or bill.Allthought at the interview i told them that i have the statement of myshuaband ang the wittness of my mother in law plz read it.Then he said no need, evern the list of family i did bring also.After that,he said he knew i have everything he wanted but if i wanted to sumit then come back the afternoon.Tha's so crazy.

I do really fear to sumit paper.50% get pink 50% get green or white.I fear that .Although the tings they want me to sumit it's easy.Anyone tell me that if i have alot family in usa will it be a disadventages my parents in usa too.Someone give me advice plz

Can you scan the blue slip and post here to see what it says?

You need to show that you know about your husband and his life in US. You need to show that you have a true love relationship with your husband and that you are not just coming to US to be with your parents and family.

Read the blue slip and give them the complete answer to the questions. That will get you pink.

We just got back from the consulate. We got a blue sheet.

Tuyen- list of relatives and friends in US

Me- Sworn and noterized timeline. Dates visited VN, Proposal day, place and time.

They kept the evidence our lawyer prepared. I want to take a day or two to think everything through, but she wants to go tomorrow.

I'll give more details later.
