I keep putting my case in the timeline and people keep kicking me out! Is there a problem?? This is the third time I am trying to add myself to the timeline

it`s kinda borring not working...

I added mine again also, i think there are many threads for this, would be better if one person updated.

I'm hoping that whoever wants to update their status, just update the latest which is the last post. Thanks.

We just received our NOA, Notice Date is Nov.17, already updated at the list. Now enter into the next waiting phrase.

Our paperwork is considered mailed on 11/15. My husband arrived on 9/15 so his I-94 expires 12/14. Since they seem to take a while to begin processing is there something else we need to do?

What I'm trying to determine is if it's a problem with his I-94 expiring 12/15. I don't know how long it typically takes for the AOS to be completed from a K1. As an example, does he have to leave 12/15 if they're not done?

As far as I am aware it doesnt matter if its expired as long as you got married within the 90 Days, my i-94 expired in october. Ive seen a lot apply for aos after its expired so I hope its ok.

Hi, you just need to type the characters (letters and digits without the dashes) in the place where you can check on your case. I checked mine, it says " received but pending". You can try again. Good luck!

1. I entered into the country on a K1 visa. On the i-485, part three it asks:

"In what status did you enter" - what is the answer to that? Is it non-immigrant?

Also, in part three it asks for the non-immigrant visa number. Where do I find that on my visa, the "control number" or the number in red on the lower part on the right hand side on the visa?

2. In part one, is asks:

" current USCIS status" - what would that be for me?
