hey guys...just a thought. I just notice that in my bio appointment that the schedule is only for my I-485. How about my I-765? Will it also be included? Or I will be receiving another appointment for that?

Were they mailed together? If so that may be something to call customer service about to make sure it's applied to both.

I got the same thing Mymee.

Only got appointment for the I-485, at this point I am am just glad I got the biometric appointment. If I don't get an EAD at least I know I will get a Green Card some day :P

But I do hope the appointment will cover for both.

hi jhunjhun, i'm sorry to hear that your EAD has not been approved but just continue to be patient. it's a sad reality that USCIS sometimes don't review cases in the order they received them. i had the same frustrations when I was still in the K1 process but what can we do right. i don't think they will deny you on the spot just because you were not able to provide 2008 tax return. maybe you can bring with you your wife's latest pay stubs and employment letter along with your other evidence. you are even luckier than us because you will soon get your greencard unlike us we don't know when are we going to be interviewed and all so just be patient ok. by the way i'm just curious are you also a filipino or just your wife?

i think the paystubs and employment letter are a good idea. That`s what i would do.

We made together in 2008 about 1000 USD, and that`s all me, the non-USC, so we`re WAAAAAAAAY beneath the poverty line. I hope to have a job by the time we interview, cause otherwise we have no income to show... (my husband is graduating in May of this year though)

Thanks, that would be a great idea. Anyways, we had my wife's W-2s for 2008 already but we're afraid that we were not be able to file our tax return early before our interview date. I believe that I-864 was carefully adjucated in NBC by USCIS......I believe USCIS was satisfied with my wife's income for 2008 and suspected that will likely to be continued reasons for scheduling our interview date and not asking us for an RFE while my AOS application is still pending.

This morning I got an email from CRIS.

I just finally got done with biometric appointment but it was only for I-485.

Now just have to wait and see, how long I will have to wait before I get any news :P
