Hey everyone!!!

I mailed mine Nov. 5th and they received it Nov. 7th. But my check hasn't been cashed yet. Stttiiiillll waiting!!!

The Internet at the house isn't working so, I only get online when I'm at a friends house. Thank God I have a puppy to entertain me during the day!

Hey, I mailed out mine on Nov.5 also, and they received on Nov.7, check hasn't been cashed yet also. Seems the same situation with yours. :wacko:

Looks like my bank was a little slow to update the information... our check was cashed on Nov. 17th!!! Now waiting on my NOA's!!!

Check your bank again... maybe it is slow like mine? lol

Just checked my bank, our check was cashed on Nov.18, a day later than yours. Waiting for NOA now. Good lucky to us all.

Ok, I can stop freaking out! We got the tracing number from the shipping place we used and the package was delivered November 9th. And today the check was deposited. I feel much better!

Based on your timelime, seems that my check will be cashed out next week.

08/26/08 - arrival on VWP to meet my boyfriends family for a month

09/29/08 - heartbroken, didn't take flight back

10/26/08 - surprising proposal

10/31/08 - halloween wedding :)

11/07/08 - I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 sent via USPS express

11/10/08 - package received

11/19/08 - checks cashed

11/25/08 - NOAs received

12/08/08 - RFE received

12/11/08 - Biometrics

12/12/08 - RFE send back

01/09/09 - EAD/AP approved

03/10/09 - interview (pending approval)

Im a 23 year old guy.. that always was doing something useful... It sucks not having money from my side...

Our paperwork is considered mailed on 11/16. My husband arrived on 9/15 so his I-94 expires 12/14. Since they seem to take a while to begin processing is there something else we need to do?
