On January 20, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. 10/14/2008 - Gave lawyer all necessary documents.

11/10/2008 - Got word from Lawyer that paperwork is final and to come in on the 12th to sign and send!

11/12/2008 - Signed all documents and the check! Lawyer mailing out packet this week!!!

11/14/2008 - Documents sent FedEx Overnight

Blessed be this day!

I got my bio appointment for 1/29/09, for both I485 and I765.

11/17/08 : Application sent (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

11/18/08 : Official receipt of documents stated on I-797C (Signature for receipt at USCIS was on 11/17/2008 at 10PM)

11/28/08 : NOA Received ( I-797C) for all 4 forms (forms issued on 11/26/2008)

12/18/2008: LUD on I-130, I-131, I-765

01/29/2009: Bio done

01/29, 30/2009: LUD on I485 and I765

2/10/2009: issued AP, valid 1 year for multiple entries.

2/23/2009: Got EAD card

3/8/2009: LUD on all applications. Shows approval of I131 and I765, still pending on I130, I485.

04/28/2009 at 9:30 AM: Interview. Told to wait 90 days for a resolution by mail.

05/01/2009: Card production ordered.

05/06/2009: Received approval NOAs for I130 and I485 (welcome notice, 10 years card). I130 still shows case received and pending.

06/18/2009: got the 10 years validity card. Process length: 213 days since sending the applications.

No RFE at all along the process.

11/17/08 : Application sent (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

I really want to swear....If I get approved for my EAD this week...I'll be taking a week off...it's very frustrating and waiting drives me crazy! :crying: Just let's hope for the best!!! Good luck everybody! :D

hello everyone

we filed Nov 7 and have not heard anything since our bio appointment on 11/28/2008. Is it normal that we still have not gotten a letter, touch, or another appointment letter? 7/28/2008 Petition Arrived to NVC - Got my new case number!

7/30/2008 NVC shipped petition to MEXICO!! Getting closer and closer!

7/30/2008 Petition Arrived to CDJ-(Electronically I suppose???)

8/04/2008 NVC hard copy in my mail box =D

9/02/2008 Mailing Jorge Interview Packet- Cost me 93 USD; worth it. He will hopefully get it on Thursday evening.

9/04/2008 Jorge Received the packet I sent him for the interview. YAY

9/05/2008 Jorge Received his packet 3 (identical to the one I received)

9/07/2008 Jorge flies to Juarez for Med and Interview

9/08/2008 Medical Date- went well :) He stood in line since 5:30 Am. He finished at 11:15 AM - ish

APPROVED WOO! We are complete!

4/20/2009- Resident Card Received NOW we're complete!

Congrats to every one with the EAD approvals and a special congrats map1map for getting the biometrics appointment.

jmmr, sorry to hear you haven't heard anything yet. but if it has been 3 months you should give USCIS a call since they say the process time is 3 months for the EADs.
