at last, got my biometrics appointment letter for january 27 just a while ago. The letter is dated January 12. I'm happy now. Maybe I'm just the last november filer to get the bio appointment. :dancing: :joy: :dancing:

11/17/08 : Application sent (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

11/18/08 : Official receipt of documents stated on I-797C (Signature for receipt at USCIS was on 11/17/2008 at 10PM)

11/28/08 : NOA Received ( I-797C) for all 4 forms (forms issued on 11/26/2008)

12/18/2008: LUD on I-130, I-131, I-765

01/29/2009: Bio done

01/29, 30/2009: LUD on I485 and I765

2/10/2009: issued AP, valid 1 year for multiple entries.

2/23/2009: Got EAD card

3/8/2009: LUD on all applications. Shows approval of I131 and I765, still pending on I130, I485.

04/28/2009 at 9:30 AM: Interview. Told to wait 90 days for a resolution by mail.

05/01/2009: Card production ordered.

05/06/2009: Received approval NOAs for I130 and I485 (welcome notice, 10 years card). I130 still shows case received and pending.

06/18/2009: got the 10 years validity card. Process length: 213 days since sending the applications.

No RFE at all along the process.

03-09-2009 EAD Card Production ordered

Hi all! New to this topic! We filed in November as well!

Weird thing happened though...when I went to check our status on the USCIS site, it wouldn't recognize the name & password? I went to forgot name/password & it didn't even recognize any of my email address. Odd! So I made another account, hope they don't delete it since its considered a "duplicate"...

Has this happened to anyone else????

Site seems like glitchy in another area...it said that the last time someone touched our files was on December 25...then just 20 minutes later they sent me an email saying his EAD was ordered on January 16! :D Happy, but weirded out at how the site is acting...

congrats to you mymee. I just got my bio appointment too..

I hope yours come soon map1map, just hang in there.

The process time for the EAD is 3 months.

Maybe if you don't get anything by then you should get an infopass again.

My EAD was only touched twice since they received my application. I'm assuming it can't be approved until I had my biometrics done, mine would be until the 29th this month.

Is EAD card similar to GC and Driver's license? with our information and picture from the biometrics? I just wonder how it looks like :innocent:

Congratulations......... your EAD approval was so fast....i'm still waiting for mine...it still pending hahahhahaaha

Congrats to everyone who has gotten approved and received interview dates!

I'm still really sad though!!!! No touch on my case since Dec 10th, 2008!! I just wanna know why CSC sent it back with a request to review it!! I don't care what it is... I don't mind if I get an RFE, I just wanna know what is going on.

Hmmm.. I need something to cheer me up!! Tim Hortons would be sooooo good right now! LOL

everybody is or applied for adjustment of status (AOS).. even K-1 applicants

or maybe u meant that ur adjusting from a different visa?
