Our EAD got approved as well yesterday. :) Congrats to everyone!

AOS packet sent in to Chicago Lockbox on:

November 11, 2008!

NOA1 for AOS packet (I-485, I-765, and I-131) on 11/19/08

12/12/08 Biometrics Appointment

12/2/08 RFE for original Mexican (in Spanish) birth certificate- we had only sent in the translated copy- they wanted both

12/11/08 RFE rec. at Lees Summit, MO and resumed processing

12/12/08 Can see I-485 case online (the other 2 no)

12/18/08 I-485 transferred to CSC for processing...

1/13/09 Advance Parole approved

1/14/09 EAD card production ordered

JhunJhun, maybe your AP and EAD approval will happen before your interview, 3 weeks is a long time. Just wait..

Hey guys, do you have any idea when the card for EAD will get into our hands after it was approved? Does anyone here receive their EAD card yet? I need an identification card on Feb 12 or 13. My driver license won't be issued until I present my EAD at the DMV (proof of legal presence in the US). I'm taking a board exam that day, the only ID they will honor are the ones issued by the US government. My visa shows my maiden name not my married name.

You can do some research about this....I would suggest to visit the tread of "October filers"........I bet you will receive your EAD card in mail 2 weeks from now.

Hey Nov filers, well first of all, I want to congradulate everyone who got their interview letters, APs and EADs approved!! :dance: To those who havent heard word about anything yet, you will and I know its hard to patient in the process but you will hear something about your case believe me. To answer the question about the EAD Jhun Jhun is right it does take about 2 weeks well 10 days to be techinical. Jhun Jhun my friend you will get your EAD before your interview, but by the time you get you probably wont have any use for it. Anyways guys take care and you guys are doing awesome WOW!!

05/28/2011.....................Received NOA/one year extention letter dated 5/23/2011(Day 8)

06/13/2011.....................Biometrics appointment today @Cleveland, Ohio @11:00am (Day 23)

09/20/2011.....................Approved for 10yr green card, wooohooooo next step citizenship

09/24/2011.....................Received 10yr green card in the mail.

geez, i received the third email this morning, telling me my EAD has been approved. the date in it changes too. what's going on here? im totally unsure now.. whether my approval is true at all, or if's just a glitch in their database or something.. anyone got a 3rd mail too?

08/26/08 - arrival on VWP to meet my boyfriends family for a month

09/29/08 - heartbroken, didn't take flight back

10/26/08 - surprising proposal

10/31/08 - halloween wedding :)

11/07/08 - I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 sent via USPS express

11/10/08 - package received

11/19/08 - checks cashed

11/25/08 - NOAs received

12/08/08 - RFE received

i`m not sure about this,

the date of approval changed from the 9th to the 10th and then today it changed to the 15th... it`s only my first email, but that`s just cause my case `couldnt be found` before...

i`m sure we`ll get them soon.

every day i`m so excited to pick up the mail, i`m expecting my AP, EAD and DL ...

Hi clolita yes you are approved for your EAD and the 3rd email is telling you that it is in the mail and you should be receiving it in the next day or two. It took a toal of 10 days for me to get my EAD card in the mail.

i just received my AP btw, and the envelope was open :blink: thank god my APs didn't fall out.

Congratulations to everyone who got their EAD & AP!!!

I see the chart and the little A's are trickling down...although they have now skipped me, Jhun and a couple others ... :unsure: (*edit* I lied, they didn't skip me yet) :blush:

A couple weeks ago I had the feeling it would be the 19th - but thats a holiday, so maybe the 20th :) I just want to celebrate!! and not be stressed...well thats a lie, because the interview is in less than a month now!!

7/11/2008 Sent Jorge Proof of Ongoing Relationship

7/22/2008 TOUCH!! *feels bubbley inside*

7/22/2008 NOA2 By e-mail! WOO!!

7/23/2008 Touch After Approval

7/23/2008 Jorge Received Proof of Ongoing Relationship Packet That I Sent Him

7/26/2008 Received NOA2 Hard Copy

7/28/2008 Petition Arrived to NVC - Got my new case number!

7/30/2008 NVC shipped petition to MEXICO!! Getting closer and closer!

7/30/2008 Petition Arrived to CDJ-(Electronically I suppose???)

8/04/2008 NVC hard copy in my mail box =D

9/02/2008 Mailing Jorge Interview Packet- Cost me 93 USD; worth it. He will hopefully get it on Thursday evening.

9/04/2008 Jorge Received the packet I sent him for the interview. YAY

9/05/2008 Jorge Received his packet 3 (identical to the one I received)

9/07/2008 Jorge flies to Juarez for Med and Interview

9/08/2008 Medical Date- went well :) He stood in line since 5:30 Am. He finished at 11:15 AM - ish

9/09/2008 Interview- SUCCESS!
