Updated. We got an RFE, sent the requested item in, and then were transferred to CSC. Today, the case status says rec. and pending at CSC. The RFE was because we just sent in the translated birth certificate, not the original in Spanish. We can only see online updates for the I-485, not the EAD or AP. I called and the operator wouldn't tell me why we couldn't see the other two. So, we wait :whistle: .

That's what my husband is going to bring. We read through the appointment letter like three times. :) His isn't until the 2nd, though.

Its interesting that the offices were open on a Saturday for the appointment. Didn't know that they work on Sats.

happy holidays everybody!!

did those last biometrics finally arrived??

good to hear the first EAD got approved. I cant wait to get mine, the 90 day workpermit i got on entry runs out tomorrow, and Friday was my last day at work :crying: . I cant wait to start looking for a job again...

I still cant track my case online though. None of them. They received it 49 days ago... So i guess it`s time to give them a call again.

Went very smoothly, thanks :D

Found the new office easily too and for a Saturday, we were lucky to find a parking spot just around the corner from it. There were barely any people inside, but my husband filled out the form & everything was smooth sailing from there. In & out in 20 mins

nothing exciting for me. I finally gave them a call, and they told me `yes, you cant see your cases online, i see that too, and i cant do anything about it, but it doesnt mean anything, and i can tell you your case is now in Missouri`.

aah, uscis, they`re so much fun :)

and besides that, today i woke up and i realised: i have absolutely nothing to do. I hate it allready.

When I phoned USCIS few weeks ago about my cases online, a lady told me that she's going to inform the department who does the updates to download my cases online and I was very thankful to her but it didn't work at all. I don't want to believe whatever they says, may be that's the only way to mollify me so that I'm not going to call them back so often.....grrrrrrr...yes your cases will be updates soon...my question is how soon?
