I received an RFE and I also got another appointment for biometrics... now I have two appointments....

Is your case available online? If so, can you tell me where can you find RFE in your account online? What was the RFE about? Hope that is minor and easy to fix. Good luck and Merry Christman!

If you get an RFE you'd see it by clicking on the case number which is a blue (or purple if you've looked at it already) hyperlink. Then where it says "current status:" t would say that they sent you a request for evidence.

Same place where you'd see if your case were transferred to CSC, or when your case is approved, etc...

I'm starting to get worried now because I have seen several transfers to CSC and several touches as well. My case has not been touched since my biometrics.

Just wanted to let you all know I had my Biometrics on Friday.

Took longer to drive to my place then it did take for my appointment. In and out in 10 minutes =)

i need someones advice...on what to do.

My husband just got laid off from work, and ive heard of expediting a case if such circumstances occur. but i dont know if its true or how to go about this. it would be much more help if i could work and help him out, and having him not stress.

PLEASE PLEASE IF ANYONE HAS HEARD OF SUCH PLEASE LET ME KNO!

They did not accept my international birth certificate and were asking for a translation of my foreign birth certificate (I had sent both), but I guess that must have confused them?! I don't know I sent the translation in today.

I have been able yet to view my case online, I only got the letter in the mail.

Got a notice today telling me my I485 application has been transferred to California Service Center for processing. Is this normal?

It is normal. I think most of the K1 applicants generally get transferred to the CSC and by pass the interview. Good luck to you.

As for me I am still waiting on biometric appointment letter I hope they didn't forget about me

hmm...i got 2 other biometrics appointments with different dates. it says that FBI was unable to process my fingerprint card... i had my fingerprints taken in the beginning of dec...probably the quality wasn't good enough

Mine was transferred to CSC but then it was transferred back with a request to review it.

ok... got my RFE letter today and it asks me to submit my birth certificate. For some reason I thought that my passport has my birth information so that would suffice. Serves me right. Never skimp on any documentation when it comes to Immigration stuff and never assume. Anyways, I didn't have my birth certificate at that time either. Will send out the RFE along with birth certificate copy tomorrow by express...... Delays, delays....

I hope the rest of you waiting for biometrics get your letters sooon....
