A touch is a change in date on your online status. If the date keeps changing for you everyday then it is being 'touched' and reviewed/worked on/transferred every day. Not sure what it means, but hopefully only good things!!

ROC Journey:

01/19/11 I-751 & ROC package sent via USPS Priority

01/21/11 Package delivered to California Service Center

01/25/11 Check cashed

03/07/11 Biometrics

04/14/11 Approval Notice Date

04/18/11 Approval Notice Received

Yes touched means that the last updated date has changed, mine was touched 2 days in a row but it still says recieved and pending. Touched just means the file has been moved or looked at, everytime the file is opened they have to rescan it which causes the date to change.

I was just wondering....if my case is not available online, does it mean that it wasn't touched at all? I talked to a representative and I was told that my case has been touched when they received my application (Yes, I'm aware of that) but since that day.... they haven't touched it at all? If they touched my application, it will become available online. Is this true?

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

i find that hard to believe. i had my biometrics done, and it still didnt became available (they must have touched it somehow during that) . I think you can get approved without your case ever becoming available online.

the online system seems to be very unreliable for certain cases. we`re just the unlucky ones :crying:;)

You can only view your touches once it is available online, if for some reason it is not on the database, it will still be touched and worked on but you will not be able to tell.

Sorry that its not available to you.

What have we done wrong? Why our cases are not available online after our biometric? Are we really just the unlucky ones in this process? Oh.......cheers!

I think the red stamp is for our records to show the biometrics are done in case something gets lost on their end. So if you're ever asked if it's done you have the proof.
