Welcome to our November filer famliy. You have done your Bio almost 1 month, are you still waiting for your EAD, or any update on USCIS website?

Lots of good news today. :) Our NOAs arrived, so I'll add the dates later today or tomorrow. The other good news is that the bank accepted our offer on the house today! We'll be closing within 10 days and moving by the end of January. :)

I just talked to a USCIS representative late this afternoon regarding my case that's not available online. I was told by her that she will inform whoever does the updates in USCIS to put my case online so that I can see them, but still there's no progress. I asked her if there's a RFE on its way down here and she told me that everything seems alright (hope so, ). Since, I can't see my case online, I'm going to bother them by calling everyday to make sure that I'm really abreast about my case. May be this is the only way that I can tract my application. What do you think, huh?

Finally got my RFE, it was not about my medical. they need the tax-papers and an employment letter. I'll try to send it off asap.

K-1 visa

I got my visa on 28 Aug 2008

Arrival to US on 30 Aug 2008

I got my SSN on 26 Sept 2008

We got married on 1 oct 2008

I got my ID card on 15 oct 2008

3 NOV 2008- I-485,I-131,I-765 sent to Chicago

13 NOV 2008- check was cashed

18 NOV -I got 3 NoA for my papers dated 13 Nov 2008

24 NOV- biometrics NOA

4 DEC- biometrics appointment

13 DEC- RFE (tax papers)

26 DEC, 31 DEC, 8 JAN- biometrics had to be retaken :(

9 JAN - Case processing has resumed

4March- AOS Interview NOA

7 APR- green card interview -approved

I-751- conditions removal Vermont SC

19 Jan -sent the package

21 Jan- the package was received by USCIS (NOA dated 1/25)

28 Jan- check was cashed

24 Feb- Fingerprints Appointment

6 July - Approval notice

Personally I think it's a waste of time to call them every day. You didn't file very long ago at all and you received your noa's in the mail according to your signature. What

are you worrying about online updates for? If you look back, many people get their cards BEFORE anything shows up online. It's nothing to worry about. I'd chill out.

I agree. Maybe just wait until you are done with your biometrics and if you still can't see your case online after your biometrics then that's the time to call them. i only saw my case online a day after my biometrics.

im still waiting for my EAD :( i havent gotten any updates from USCIS since a week before my bio appointment....im waiting the normal 65 days after I filed to get an expedite on my case..well thats if i havent heard anything by then ..my husband says to call the FBI to see what happened with my biometrics...i think i will do that...im just getting so impatient......
