:dance: I was able to add the I485 to the USCIS Case Status list and the current case status says "Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing" Sent to the California Service Center. :dance:

Still unable to add the I765. Will try again tomorrow.

Yay! I woke up to good news, our check finally cleared. :) Now, let my day continue with good news...we're hoping to hear back about the offer we made on a house and maybe, just maybe, we'll get our NOAs and bio letter. :thumbs:

we are on the same boat! our check has been cashed, dated dec. 11, 2008!!!

I just got an email from my lawyer. My biometrics appointment is set for Dec. 19th!!! Wahoo!!

I checked my I-485 online this morning and it finally came up!!!!!!!

I'm glad that my 4 applications are viewable on the uscis website!!

got my Biometrics in the mail today!!!! It was dated for 12/05/08

My appointment is next Friday, December 19th at 2pm wohooooooooooo

Also I can view one of my NOA's on the USCIS site finally :)

On Dec. 4th, 2008, my case was transfered to the California Service Center. I just checked my status online and this is what apears now:

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case has been received from the State Department with a request we review it.

On December 10, 2008, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. To receive e-mail updates, follow the link below to register.

I'm wondering... does this mean that they are just reviewing it at CSC??? Does everyone get this when it is sent to CSC??

had my biometrics as well today, in new rochelle, NY. it was ok, just a little confusing and embarrassing since they had trouble with taking fingerprints of most of my finger :unsure: maybe my fingers are just weird.

anyway.. i dont think we will get a biometrics touch, because we didn't send the stupid RFE in yet :crying: waiting for MIL brith certificate...

Just wondering how long I should wait before panicking.... My checks were cashed last Friday but no NOAs or anything in the mail yet. Should I call USCIS or should I just wait?

according to my timeline and others you should be getting your NOA's sometime this week..

It usually takes a week after the checks are cashed

I sent my I485 ,I130 ,I765 package on November 26 and it was delieverd and signed by V. Bustamante on November 28 , as of this date our checks have not been cashed and we have not received any NOAs , anybody mail their package around that same date received NOA's yet ? does anybody have an idea of when i should receive answer from them ?
