Im getting worried now, a week have passed again, without a biometrics letter on mail :( I got my NOAs on mail last 24th, which are dated 20th. The lists shows everyone around my timeline have gotten their schedules already..hope I'll get them soon

I hope Monday brings us all good things! Every time I see someone post about them getting their NOA I get all excited and think I'll get mine too... not yet. Every day the waiting is getting harder and harder for me. I just need my NOAs in hand... and my biometrics appointment before offices close for Christmas would be nice too. I wonder if it's because I'm adjusting from a B-2!?!

I might go crazy by the end of this! haha I think I'm driving my husband a little mad too.

Sorry for all the venting folks. ;)

Our NOA's are dated 11/20(received) 11/28 (notice date) (which one do we use?) also and we haven't received biometrics appointments yet either. Maybe this week.

When did you file your AOS? What is B-2? I'm adjusting my status from visitor. I got all my NOAs including NOA for my Biometric at the same time. Good luck. I know your feeling...it will arrive to your mail soon. Did they cash your cheques yet?

I put the date which says the "notice date". Don't worry your biometric letter will arrive soon...mine arrived at the same time. lol

We handed our papers off to our lawyer on Nov 11, he said he would send them out the next day, but I don't know when he actually sent things in. B-2 is the visitor "visa" from Canada. Our cheques were cashed on Dec 1, the NOAs are just taking FOREVER to arrive...maybe because we're down in FL!?

It sucks how bad the exchange rate is for the Canadian dollar. The wait is costing a fortune... I'll just have to find a really good job when I can work to make up for it!

26 DEC, 31 DEC, 8 JAN- biometrics had to be retaken :(

9 JAN - Case processing has resumed

4March- AOS Interview NOA

7 APR- green card interview -approved

I-751- conditions removal Vermont SC

19 Jan -sent the package

21 Jan- the package was received by USCIS (NOA dated 1/25)

28 Jan- check was cashed

24 Feb- Fingerprints Appointment

Monday is here!!! Hopefully today we'll have some good news in the mail.... I'm in the same boat as you guys, filed and got my checks cashed around the same time. Hopefully we'll all receive NOAs and Bio appointments early this week. Come on guys, give me some good news!! :yes:

What a relief, my money order got cashed on the 5th, it just now went through, because I had been calling every day. But Im so relieved, since the cashier's check was cashed on the 4th I started panicking.... Hoping that I will get the NOA's this week!

My timeline:

11-20-2008: AOS (I-485 & I-130) Package sent.

11-24-2008: Package received at 1.36pm and signed by JCHYBA.

12-04-2008: AOS Check was cashed!

12-05-2008: I-130 Money Order was cashed!

12-08-2008: Received my 3 NOA's and letter for biometrics

12-19-2008: Received RFE and another letter for biometrics

12-22-2008: Sent response to RFE back

12-26-2008: Biometrics appointment! -canceled due to holidays-

01-02-2009: Response to RFE received and case is resumed

01-13-2009: Second biometrics appointment - DONE YAY!

01-26-2009: APPROVAL of EAD!!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

02-04-2009: Received EAD card in mail and applied for SSN - Picked up SSN day after!

02-06-2009: Passed written test, got driver's permit!

02-10-2009: Received my SSC

03-20-2009: Interview! - RFE

04-14-2009: Brought the requested document to the immigration office.

05-02-2009: Received our 3rd RFE.
