I received my NOA1 for I-485, I-765, and I-131 today. Sweeeet.. :dance::dance: Good luck to all of us.

AOS Timeline

Oct. 3, 2008 - Married

Oct. 31, 2008 - AOS packet sent to USCIS Chicago, IL via USPS

Nov. 3, 2008 - Packet delivered, 6:56 am, Chicago, IL 60680

Nov.12, 2008 - Check cashed

Nov.14, 2008 - NOA1 for I-485, I-765, I-131 received

Nov.24, 2008 - I-485 transferred from Chicago Service Center to California Service Center

Dec. 5, 2008 - Biometrics Appointment -- done

Dec. 8, 2008 - I-765 Touched

Dec. 9, 2008 - I-485 Touched

Jan. 12, 2009 - EAD card and Advance Parole Received

Jan. 13, 2009 - Applied for Driver's Instruction Permit

Jan. 15, 2009 - Driving written test passed

Jan. 26, 2009 - I-485 Touched

Jan. 31, 2009 - Actual Drive test passed "got my Driver's License"

Feb.25, 2009 - Took NCLEX-RN -- PASSED--- Anais,RN

March 9, 2009 - Green Card received

March 31, 2009 - Got a JOB!!! PCU nurse in the making...

Hi, we mailed out AOS the same day to USCIS. Have you received your NOA yet? I am still waiting. :(

hi... do you know how to check with usps if my package is been delivered already??

my lawyer mailed it on friday the 7th... and honestly i dont know if the got my package or not... at least want to make sure that my package is already there!! :(

Hi there, if you have the tracking number for your package, you can check it at usps.com, just look for the track & confirm part on the right side. I mailed my papers this wednesday,and USPS got them the next day.. hope they'll cash the check soon, and send me NOAs.:)

11-12-2008 Sent AOS, EAD, AP via USPS

11-13-2008 USCIS received the papers @ 3pm!

11-20-2008 3 NOAs

11-24-2008 check cashed

01-05-2009 Recieved Biometrics Letter on mail

01-12-2009 AP approved! / EAD touched

01-29-2009 Biometrics Done

01-30-2009 AOS Touched

03-09-2009 EAD Card Production ordered

04-07-2009 Interview

06-23-2009 Re-scheduled interview.. approved!

It is very easy to check, just go to the USPS website, find the " track and confirm", then put your tracking number in the space, you can see the status of your package for detailed info.

I can't really stand to wait...seems that I don't have enough patient in this journey process of my AOS....hope I can handle this.....besides I don't a choice but to wait ! :dance:

I overnight my wife's I-485 petition last Thursday to 131 SOUTH DEARBORN, CHICAGO address. The packet hasn't been picked up from post office. I am not sure if i made a mistake to sent my packet in this address. It was mentioned in the instructions that if you are sending in express then use this address instead. Please assist.
