we can finally check ours online, took a bit more than a week. however, it didn't bring us good news, as i saw that they send a RFE an Dec 1.

DAMN i could feel that is is going to happen. we probably did something wrong with the financial sponsor. hope its easy to fix... good luck everyone.

Thanks marryme! I was able to check my status online, on the first try. But I guess I'll receive an RFE (there's none yet according to the USCIS website)....I forgot to send the NOA for I-129F. I saw it under my table....I don't know how did that happen.

I guess I'll just wait for RFE than to send the copy of NOA for I-129 now.

We just included a copy of the DS3025 that my husband received from the embassy docs with a letter explaining the date of his medical and that all the required info should have been included in the envelope he turned in to the person at the airport. Also we said that we'd provide any additional info if need be.

I figured that rather than going to a CS and spending an unruly amount of $$ for someone to simply write on a piece of paper, we would try it this way and only go to a CS if we get an RFE.

Besides that, I couldn't find a CS in our area that would transcribe the vaccination chart without doing a full medical. It really is ridiculous

We decided to go to the CS and do what ever they wanted us to do .. after calling around many CS we found the cheapest one and still spent $200 toital for the medical. They gave 2 more vaccinations and did a TB skin test.. After a few days they found the TB skin test was positive so we had to redo the Chest X-ray; But I am hoping that it is money well spent, if it will help speed up the process and not get caught up with an RFE.

I'm curious about the same thing! My husband had his medical on 8/8 and they did NOT do a skin test for him. They need to get these new requirements across the board...this is crazy!
