Sent the forms in Oct 29. Received in Chicago lockbox Nov 3.

130/485 package spouse of usc. Will keep updating this as news come in.

congratulations... gosh...... im still waiting.. for first contact!!... my lawyer mailed the package last Friday... so im guessing they re getting it till Wednesday?

Handed off the rest of our papers to our lawyer today. Finally everything will be mailed tomorrow!! I'm so happy to be finished the first step! :D

11/10/2008 - Got word from Lawyer that paperwork is final and to come in on the 12th to sign and send!

Hi!

Finally mailed ours off this morning. :thumbs:

My husband was away with the Air Force for six weeks so it took some time getting everything together. :wacko:

All done now. The only thing I haven't done is apply for the AP as I'm not really intending on travelling for a while yet.

Do you guys know if I would incur a fee if I wanted to apply for it further down the line? :unsure:

I couldn't complete it as although I would like for my son to go back to London to visit his grandparents, I didn't have any dates in mind.

Oh well! At least it's finally been sent off now. :dance:

What envelope did you use to mail your AOS applications? I was wondering if you used USPS express mail envelope. My AOS applications did not fit to 9 1/2 X 12 yellow envelope. Instead I'm using 10 X 13 size yellow envelope. Do I still need a USPS express mail envelope? I'm going to sen mine tomorrow. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Hi there.. I forgot what size it is but it seems like 10 x 13 yellow one. I used USPS next day delivery,with return receipt, and paid $24 for it.. it's pricey but I want my papers received today.. Size of envelope didn't matter because I paid priority next day delivery.. goodluck! you're a November filer too! :)

I'll jump in here too. We sent our paper in Nov. 3, but still no word yet, and the check still hasn't been through the bank. I'm already getting antsy again. I really hate dealing with USCIS.

I'm so stupid.....I just mailed my AOS package today .... I found out after that I haven't filled I-864 properly. I'm in trouble..do you think so? In Q(24), "c" unfortunately..I did not add the total household income for 24 (a) and 24b i.e. I put $22,222.22 for 24(a) and None for 24b and I forgot to add them in 24© and it was empty..I wasn't paying attention really...Do you think i'm getting a RFE because of this? Can't they do the addition? It's obviously crystal clear that in 24© which the total household income will be the same since 24(a) is $22,222.22 and 24b is $0.00.....do you think i'm seriously in trouble? advice pls......thank you so much
