I just tracked our package on USPS and they record it as delivered! They say it was delivered today :huh: I thought that was odd since it's Sunday...but I'll take what I can get :thumbs:

they just dropped it at the lock box...

they will receive it till tomorrow...

mine was actually delivered on veterans day... and they processed it till the next day :)

I figured that's what had happened...I just thought it was odd because USPS doesn't usually deliver on Sundays. :) UPS and Fedex do...but I don't think I've ever heard of USPS doing it without super extra fees...and I just paid the regular priority mail w/delivery confirmation. They said that even with express next day delivery, it would arrive on Monday. Oh well...like I said...I'm just happy it's there! :dance:

Biometrics last friday was quick and easy. Took about 40 mins max and 35 mins of that was waiting.

I would remind all those ladies going for appointments to take a copy of your marriage certificate. I had forgotten that my passport was in a different name to my application and letter and had to wait outside whilst the security guard took my documents inside to check. They let me in after checking my file etc but it would have been easier to just show them the certificate and get in the line quicker.

Am hoping to get my EAD by the end of January. I really can't wait to get out of this apartment and into some social situations where I can meet some people.

received what seemed like a hundred documents in the post today.

figure it's my noa1 for myself and my son. :dance:

also got biometrics appointment letters.

i didn't think my son had to go as he's just 5 years old :unsure:

oh well another step closer.

Just emailed my lawyer to get our package tracking number. It was supposed to be send out on Nov 12th, but our checks haven't even been cashed yet!! I need to know it's been received for peace of mind. I'm so jealous of all of you Nov 12th filers who've gotten their AOS and biometrics appointment already!

Just emailed my lawyer to get our package tracking number. It was supposed to be send out on Nov 12th, but our checks haven't even been cashed yet!! I need to know it's been received for peace of mind. I'm so jealous of all of you Nov 12th filers who've gotten their AOS and biometrics appointment already!

Trust me, I know!

I dropped off all completed forms for to my attorney october 17th and she said it was good and would mail it out. She moved offices and didnt get around to mailing it out until NOVEMBER 18th. Sickening.

The wait is killing me...

Trust me, I know!

I dropped off all completed forms for to my attorney october 17th and she said it was good and would mail it out. She moved offices and didnt get around to mailing it out until NOVEMBER 18th. Sickening.

The wait is killing me...

Just emailed my lawyer to get our package tracking number. It was supposed to be send out on Nov 12th, but our checks haven't even been cashed yet!! I need to know it's been received for peace of mind. I'm so jealous of all of you Nov 12th filers who've gotten their AOS and biometrics appointment already!
