We recieved all three NAO1's today, yippeeeee.

HOw come I haven't received anything? Your time line seems similar to mine...I'll wait 'til tomorrow.

Our checks haven't even been cased yet!! I hope this doesn't mean anything bad... <_< I had a lawyer file everything and I feel like we skipped over some things, but I didn't question him since he should know... he's a family friend so I would think he would've made sure of things... I guess it's still early to tell!?! :clock:

If nothing happens by mid next week then I'll really start to worry!

Notice for biometrics appointment received yesterday 11/28.

Appointment is for Dec. 11th!!!!!!!!

YAY!!!

I hope things keep moving quickly.

After waiting 367 days for our K3 approval....the AOS and EAD process seems to be moving very smoothly.

Maybe its payback time for all of the waiting we had to do before.

Good luck to all who are on the same track.

I just tracked our package on USPS and they record it as delivered! They say it was delivered today :huh: I thought that was odd since it's Sunday...but I'll take what I can get :thumbs:

they just dropped it at the lock box...

they will receive it till tomorrow...

mine was actually delivered on veterans day... and they processed it till the next day :)

11-26-08.........NOA'S in the mail dated for the 18th of November (day 15)

12-10-08.........I-765, I-485 touched! (day 29)

01-15-08.........EAD card production ordered! AP notice approval sent ! (day 65)

02-24-09.........Interview @ 12:00 pm !! (day 105)

Mine was delivered on a sunday, Nov 16th. In my NOA, the date it was recieved is actually Nov 16. Goodluck!

Biometrics last friday was quick and easy. Took about 40 mins max and 35 mins of that was waiting.

I would remind all those ladies going for appointments to take a copy of your marriage certificate. I had forgotten that my passport was in a different name to my application and letter and had to wait outside whilst the security guard took my documents inside to check. They let me in after checking my file etc but it would have been easier to just show them the certificate and get in the line quicker.

Am hoping to get my EAD by the end of January. I really can't wait to get out of this apartment and into some social situations where I can meet some people.
