Nothing in the mail (I checked twice haha), but I'll have to get my Hubby to check his bank account to see if the money came out yet. It didn't show that it did yesterday.

I went to the DMV today and got my drivers permit.

I had to go twice cause the very unfriendly lady didnt want to take my visa as prove of signature/day of birth. Well i got it today anyhow so that`s good.

Now i just need to learn how to parallel park and i`m all good to go...

I got my FL license without issue when I arrived as a visitor. I have a B.C. license and showed them, that's all I needed (besides possibly showing a passport). The FL license is only valid for 1 yr and only in FL because I didn't want to surrender my Canadian license.

Oh, really! I'll try to do that may be this coming friday. What are the documents you brought when you applied for FL driver's license, since you're a visitor? Did your passport get stamped? Did they give you I-94?

Why did your first AOS get rejected?

I guess he mentioned in his time line that the caused of rejection was the error date of birth. I guess this usually happens when the forms are being filled out directly using a computer.
