I'm sure your card will arrive soon..it looks like they usually come 5-7 days after the Welcome letter. Be sure to let us know when you get it! Same to you, Sarah n Robbie! Hope everyone's well on this lovely evening!!

Well, it is 12 days already, but if nothing gets to me by the end of May, I'll schedule an InfoPass:D

11/17/08 : Application sent (I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765)

11/18/08 : Official receipt of documents stated on I-797C (Signature for receipt at USCIS was on 11/17/2008 at 10PM)

11/28/08 : NOA Received ( I-797C) for all 4 forms (forms issued on 11/26/2008)

12/18/2008: LUD on I-130, I-131, I-765

01/29/2009: Bio done

01/29, 30/2009: LUD on I485 and I765

2/10/2009: issued AP, valid 1 year for multiple entries.

2/23/2009: Got EAD card

3/8/2009: LUD on all applications. Shows approval of I131 and I765, still pending on I130, I485.

04/28/2009 at 9:30 AM: Interview. Told to wait 90 days for a resolution by mail.

05/01/2009: Card production ordered.

05/06/2009: Received approval NOAs for I130 and I485 (welcome notice, 10 years card). I130 still shows case received and pending.

06/18/2009: got the 10 years validity card. Process length: 213 days since sending the applications.

No RFE at all along the process.

Indeed it has been; sorry if my post made it seem like I wasn't paying attention to your timeline! I should have said "they usually come 5-7 days after the Welcome Letter so yours is sure to come soon"!

5-13-09: Green card approved.

6-24-09: Received green card.

8-13-11: Received 10-year green card.

2-21-12: Sent N-400 to Dallas Lock box.

7-18-12: Naturalization interview (passed!).

Just came back from my interview and it went well. The IO was ok, not too serious. He asked us so many questions I dont even remember half of them. At the end he said his supervisor had to review my case , but everything looked good. He also said it takes up to 180 days for answer but he was gonna ask his supervisor to review it today , so I should get a reply in a few weeks .

I am just hoping for the best, I really am just happy the interview is done with :thumbs::thumbs:

Just came back from my interview and it went well. The IO was ok, not too serious. He asked us so many questions I dont even remember half of them. At the end he said his supervisor had to review my case , but everything looked good. He also said it takes up to 180 days for answer but he was gonna ask his supervisor to review it today , so I should get a reply in a few weeks .

I am just hoping for the best, I really am just happy the interview is done with :thumbs::thumbs:

Congrats! I bet you will get the card production email in a week tops:) The IO that interviewed us also said that everything looks pretty good, or pretty solid, and the card was ordered 3 days later:)

If my card is not in the mailbox today, or tomorrow, I'm gonna call USCIS. The approval letter is dated May 1st, now it is 3 weeks since the letter was issued, I should have received it by now (so says on the welcoming I485 NOA).

I called yesterday. And yes, the lady answering read me what's on the USCIS site as to the status of the application. There it says 30 days to get the card, on the NOA it says 3 weeks. I guess I'll wait until June.

Received the approval notice via email today!! Was half expecting them to wait until a year had passed from my medical so they could send me another RFE (had my medical 2 June 2008).

My original RFE was for the medical as I didn't include the form with the AOS packet - got the form filled out by Dr Arnold for the RFE; no need for TB tests.

I'm hoping the GC will arrive by the end of June as we are thinking about moving when our lease expires.

Phew - it'll be weird not having to deal with USCIS for two whole years!!

I received an email with the approval message: card production ordered! FINALLY!!! I'm so grateful and happy we can finally close this chapter (for a few years)!

My timeline:

11-20-2008: AOS (I-485 & I-130) Package sent.

11-24-2008: Package received at 1.36pm and signed by JCHYBA.

12-04-2008: AOS Check was cashed!

12-05-2008: I-130 Money Order was cashed!

12-08-2008: Received my 3 NOA's and letter for biometrics

12-19-2008: Received RFE and another letter for biometrics

12-22-2008: Sent response to RFE back

12-26-2008: Biometrics appointment! -canceled due to holidays-

01-02-2009: Response to RFE received and case is resumed

01-13-2009: Second biometrics appointment - DONE YAY!

01-26-2009: APPROVAL of EAD!!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

02-04-2009: Received EAD card in mail and applied for SSN - Picked up SSN day after!

02-06-2009: Passed written test, got driver's permit!

02-10-2009: Received my SSC

03-20-2009: Interview! - RFE

04-14-2009: Brought the requested document to the immigration office.

05-02-2009: Received our 3rd RFE.

05-11-2009: Brought the requested document to the immigration office.

05-27-2009: Received green card YAY Thank you God

04-04-2011: Sent in I-751 Removal of conditions

07-08-2011: Approved!

07-14-2011: Received Permanent Resident Card! WHOOOOO HOOOO we are done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you GOD!

Congrats, but not so fast about not dealing with USCIS :) It seems thy like us that much, that they delay the card issuance now:)
