Can't speak for other November filers, but my husband hasn't gotten his approval yet..we were told the IO has 60 days from the interview (on March 11) to make his decision so if we don't hear back then, we already have an infopass appointment scheduled for the morning of May 11. :)

Hope anyone else who hasn't heard gets good news soon!

Hi rafka, I got my EAD a month & 3 weeks after my biometrics, but I had my biometrics 2 months AFTER I sent in my application, mine really took a long time. You really can't rely on other's timelines because USCIS treat each application differently, yes, it's a case to case basis.

You should have your EAD soon. I only got mine after 2 weeks I filed for service request by phone. I know you just had an infopass yesterday, but try to call them and make a service request, that would help. When I made an infopass last March because I was trying to reschedule my interview, I didn't hear anything from them, so I just showed up on my actual date of interview, and asked the interviewer if he got any re-schedule request I made, he said he didn't get any! I'm glad I showed up then. I could have faced a denial with that. So it gave me the impression not to rely on infopass appointments. But my case is different from yours and anyone else.

So, call and make a service request. You'll get yours soon! Cheers

Hey,

I filed for service request by phone and got respond within a week with second RFE in the mail... They wanted my father in law to filed I 864 again, proof that my wife was listed as his dependent on his fed tax return and/or proof that they have the same address... Copy of his tax return was sent with first RFE in December and obviously she was listed on it, and they have copies of theirs Driving Licenses with the same addresses on it... So I wish I was able to talk to someone who was/is reviewing my documents to ask them few questions :)

SO ANNOYING!!!

PS. How smart of them is to have more documents about my fathers in law financial situation? I guess for past 8 months my Labrador Retriever has been paying our rent and providing food for me and my fresh graduate wife...

I'm still waiting on my case. It was transferred to CSC then transferred back to somewhere with a request to review it. It was last touched on Jan 26th. I just wish I had an idea of what is going on with my case... why was it sent back?? Where exactly is it??

:crying:
