Hi, dose any one know how to obtain vaccinization and immunization record in Gujarat?

Thank you.

The hard way: get it from your doctor.

But if you're desi you should know no one does it that way. There's an easier way... put on your desi thinking cap and it will come to you.

You can have the spouse do titre test to see the immunity against each disease. Call the hospital acknowledged by US immigration (see Packet 4 for list of medical exam centers) and ask if they will accept titre test and vaccinations done from outside.
