Hi,

I hope to soon start posting information on my process. I have read a lot of posts about using a co-sponser for the k1 visa, yet still am unsure of the final answer. I have read (can't remember exactly where) that you can use a co-sponser for the k1 and now hear maybe something different.

1) Does anyone know if Romania allows a co=sponser for the k1 visa?

2) I know if you have enough cash (3x income levels) then you don't need to worry about income. Does the cash need to be in the account for any period of time or do you just need a statement to show you have the cash available? Meaning if I had 40,000 cash in an account and showed that then the income level really wouldn't matter.

3) For the income requirement, do they care about the past, or just that you have a job now and going forward?

Thanks for any advice or answers
