[b]I was told to send 3 years of tax returns with the affidavit of support for my husband's AOS paperwork. I'm unable to provide this, as I was filed as my mother's dependent under the EIC except for last year. My grandfather has agreed to act as joint sponsor if I need him to, my question is; do I? Or should I ask my grandfather to act as sole sponsor?[/b]

Fall 2007- J and I met at work.

Christmas 2007- We started seeing each other a few times a week.

January 9,2008- Made our dating status official, J turned 18.

February 2008- J and I moved in together.

June 1,2008- J proposed!!!!!

September 09,2008- J and I got married at the courthouse.

September 16,2008- HUGE fight with J's parents.

September 22,2008- Finally got J's birth certificate and passport.

November 15, 2008- Ceremony for family and friends.

The US Citizen who filed the petition (YOU) MUST provide I-864 as the PRIMARY sponsor, only past year's (2007) IRS return IS required.

Grand father will be JOINT sponsor and will provide an additional I-864 as joint sponsor.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
