I came here an a B2 visitor overstay i got married to my us citizen husband we did not have money to pay a lawyer so we decided to file the papers ourselves.

but as i were reading this site i started to freak out. I summit my paper on monday FORM I-485,I-130, I-765, I693, I-864

my question is on form I-485 PART 2

I CHECK BOX B BUT WHILE READING THIS FORUM I SEE THAT I SHOULD HAVE CHECK A WOULD THAT BE A PROBLEM I ENTER ON B2 VISA

AND ON I-765 I DID NOT DO QUESTION 16

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK I SHOULD DO

Best to quote the actual questions and not just the number... otherwise people need to look up the form to see what you are asking about.....

As long as an I-130 is being submitted with or before the I-485 then you application type would be "A"

I-765 would be C9 for #16

YMMV

You CHECK BOX "A" because the I-485 will be based on the I-130 (Relative Petition) that is attached.

I-765 is (c )(9 ) based on the Pending I-485.
