I'm a US citizen, who has been living in Canada, as a landed immigrant..(resident) for three years. My fiance, is Canadian, we're looking to move to th USA now. Is there a way to speed track him coming to the US. I woudl think that me living here as a resident already, we would apply differently. We're getting married and looking at options..

I appreciate any help from or guidance.....thanks!!!!

Once you're married, follow the DCF guide.

should we sart now..or after we're married, can he apply for visa while we live here, than fast track to I-130? What number do I call for general questions..

Does it make a difference if we get married in US or Mexico, for the application process

You cannot start a DCF filing until you have a marriage certificate. It won't matter where you marry.

You can start by reading the form instructions, gathering evidence/documents, preliminary forms preparation and educating yourself about the process, but the linchpin is the marriage event and associated evidence of such.
