May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well,they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit,nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !


June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again,still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

Do we REALLY need 2 pages of "Obama Won" threads? Yeah, I'm happy about it too, but let's be reasonable....

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

I am happy Obama won last night for all of humanity it shows a sense of change which was long overdue. Not just because he is black but because we needed fresh ideas and a new leader who stands for all of humanity not just the wealthy or one race or color. He stands for all humans and I appreciate this most in him. He is intelligent and I believe he can help heal America of the sickness which lurks within. This country is filled with hatred, despite the melting pot. We are a blend of all races and nationalities and I appreciate the people who supported Obama with an open-mind and open-heart. Let's get past the color barrier people, he is a man and most of all he is a good man. We may not all agree on his policies, but let's give him time to prove he is a good president. Afterall, it will not take much for him to be a better president than Bush. I am very happy God made this possible for all of us in America! Worldwide many of my friends and family are amazed and well-pleased! Thanks God, you are the almighty!

I'm also glad he won and I knew he would anyway but I have to admit I felt really bad for McCain. Not so much for Palin because she just hopped along for the ride, but the poor man looked devastated.

but I believe the country won.

Not just because Barack Obama will be the new President,

but because this entire election has forced people to wake up

and get involved in THEIR country's political process.

This election has created TRUE PATRIOTS on McCain's side,

and on President-Elect Obama's side.
