My husband faxed to me a copy of the DS3032 that they sent him, as I have not received the one they sent me. I filled-up the form, signed it and faxed it back to him. He sent that form to NVC together with his letter explaining why he is sending a fax copy.

I am also in the same situation. NVC has generated AOS bill & 3032 forms for us today. I will definitely try my best to save some time in order to compress NVC process duration.

But my question here is what is the best way to change my wife (beneficiary) overseas address. I am guessing the change of beneficiary address will not cause us any delay.

Please advise.

Thanks,

When I moved to another address while we are proocessing at NVC, my husband sent them an email with regrads to my change of address. You have to put your case # (change of address) on the subject to give them an easy time to locate your case. Hope this helps.

Here is an example email that my Hubby sent NVC to change address and he got a confirmation email of the update in the system the very next day. Make sure you do put the case number in the subject line. You can also phone them to do a change of address. IMO though it is better to have hard copy of it via an email.

Send email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Subject: CASE NUMBER: XXXXXXXXXXXXX

1. Regarding the subject case number the following information applies:

a. Beneficiary name: .................................- DOB: ..............

b. Petitioner name: .................................- DOB: ..............

2. I am requesting that (Petitioner or Beneficiary) address be changed to reflect the

following:

Put the new address

3. For telephonic contact, I can be reached at (put any new contact numbers)

Thank you for your service.
