With the form I-864 you can use a fillable form but, with regards to DS3032, you have to use the original as it has a barcode and the case number on top of the form.

Hi Wilmaron,

You can self generate your response and send it to NVC. I used James NVC Shortcuts and finished our case in 50 days. However, if you dont feel comfortable using Jame's NVC shortcuts, you can use Aussie's CR1 Time Savers and still save some time.

Wilmaron,

Or, you can fill out a different DS-3032 in advance, then attach the blank DS-3032 with barcode from the NVC to it to shorten your turn-around time.

For the DS3032 you can save yourself some time. Just email them and say you have missplaced it and cant find it and who would like to elect as your agent. Ive heard it works and saves time usually. The beneficary has to sign it I think to so it does save time.

As you can see on the DS-3032 it tells you that you can fax or email a copy to the alien beneficiary for them to sign and return to the NVC. This is what we did to save time. However in the Timesavers link that Yam Sam posted above there is an example email that a member used to email directly to NVC to make the choice of agent and it was accepted no problems. However this may not always be the case and the same goes for having your fiance email back a signed copy of the DS-3032 to you for you to mail off. They may or may not accept it without an original signature. Perhaps others have an experience with doing it this way.

My husband faxed to me a copy of the DS3032 that they sent him, as I have not received the one they sent me. I filled-up the form, signed it and faxed it back to him. He sent that form to NVC together with his letter explaining why he is sending a fax copy.

I am also in the same situation. NVC has generated AOS bill & 3032 forms for us today. I will definitely try my best to save some time in order to compress NVC process duration.

But my question here is what is the best way to change my wife (beneficiary) overseas address. I am guessing the change of beneficiary address will not cause us any delay.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Hi,wilmaron

We seem in the same boat!My hubby got aos bill & ds3032 yesterday too.But I have already e-mailed NVC my choice of agent on Feb 8 and they have accepted it in 2 days.I think sending then an e-mail is the fastest and cheapest way.

Thanks,

When I moved to another address while we are proocessing at NVC, my husband sent them an email with regrads to my change of address. You have to put your case # (change of address) on the subject to give them an easy time to locate your case. Hope this helps.
