Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Happy Wednesday everyone!!!! Definitely a really historic time and I'm so proud to be in this country and to be a part of it!

In other news, my husband is dragging bum at work today having stayed up ALL night to watch the television. Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, Al Jazzera, back and forth and back and forth. Around 9:30 I went to bed and tried to tell him it was done and Obama was the new president but he just wasn't believing me and had to wait it out on the TV. I'm well rested and he's so tired he can hardly stand, but at least he got to see true democracy in action last night.

My hubby had me dvr it and went to bed. lol. I'm the one dragging.

Something flew into my eye like an hour ago and it's buggin the ever-livin crapola outta me. :(

In other news we were all informed that our benefits are being cut at work yesterday. I guess I should be thankful I at least still have a job. Hubby's looking for a new place of employment. His income went from $350/week to $100/week in the past month or so due to lack of sales due to sh!tty economy.

I need a 2 liter bottle of mountaindew!!!!

I am really sorry to hear that Bridget :( I hope that he finds something really soon. I know that it might not be for some people, but I really encourage people to try grocery stores. Jihed has been working for one for a while now and it's great. They are paying above minimum wage and that's for part or full time employees. Even when they hire on a part time basis (which stinks because there are no health care benefits ) they keep him really super busy. And as we are approaching the holiday seasons (thanksgiving and christmas) you know those places are going to be mobbed and that means crazy over time! Which they have already told him to expect. He started out doing carts, bagging, cleaning, stocking but has moved around alot and there are bigger opportunities for growth and position changes. He gets to talk to people all day which he loves but he doesn't have to deal with money or "total american concepts" (meaning things that someone new to the states might not get at first, such as what's a quarter pounder or supersize it )

I'd like some mountain dew too  then after I drink it all I"m going to call Annie haha

He's applied to the grocery stores that are around us but because he doesn't have a license to drive he's limited to what's on the bus route.

rofl - my bff is so tired from being up all night she microwaved her salad at lunch!!!:rofl:

ok, I'll say only 1 thing on the election.... WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I couldn't be happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:dance: Good days are on their way!!!:dance:

Outside of that, I will not discuss politics anymore. I try my best to stay wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr out of any political discussions coz I get really heated REALLY quickly and this is 1 area that is really hard for me to debate/even discuss with ppl who are "hard winged" in either direction. I am JUST well enough educated to have decided who I wanted but NOT well enough educated to actually stand my ground on it LOL isn't that sad... Maybe I'll do some research .. naah, I gotta cookbook to complete!

Happy happy happy happy happppppy wednesday everybody...from me and the 1 liter of mountain dew I slammed about 30 minutes ago!!!!!!!
