hi all,

i wanna know if affidavit of support (I-134) is to be included on the I-129F package? when this be needed? i am here in the Philippines i'll be sending him my biographical information and letter of intent to marry, and also my 2x2 pic. should i also send my birth certificate and cenomar? or what else should i send?

please help :crying:

August 6, 2009 - AOS Sent together with EAD and AP
August 17, 2009 - Received NOAs of AOS, EAD and AP
Sept. 15, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment
Sept. 24, 2009 - Received E-mail approval notice for EAD and AP
October 2, 2009 - AP on hand
October 3, 2009 - EAD card on hand
November 12, 2009 - Interview Date / Approved
November 23, 2009 - Green Card Received

March 21, 2012 - Lifting Conditions

May 22, 2013 - Citizenship

No need I-134, CENOMAR. Save them for the interview. Copy of BC will do.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

hi haole,

is it necessary for a copy of my bc or it is just fine without my bc in the I-129f package coz i still have to get it from NSO and im planning to send my biographic, letter of intent and pic to my fiance tomorrow. :(

You don't need copy of BC for initial submission. You'll will need NSO certified at USEM interview. Get at least 3 NSO certified copies. You'll need them mamaya when you get to the US.
