Hello guys! Can a foreign national stay here in the Philippines for 21 days without securing visa? If so, what department we need to contact to verify on that?

if you are a USC, you can enter the phils with only a passport and youll be given 21 days. if you want to extend, just go to the immigration office and have your stay extended. if you enter the phils with a visa, youll be given 59 days.

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

yes you are right! they can stay for 21 days and if you want to extend just go to immigration office and let them know that you want to extend. Have fun staying in the Philippines :thumbs::dance:
