hey guys

i just recently amend my passport to my married name...but i have a problem. when i got married here in US under k1 visa, i retained my middle name when i was still single til now that im married. inshort, all my documents/identification is carrying my single middle name. but, in my passport, my maiden/middle name there was my fathers' surname, which is under the philippine law, that we have to use our fathers surname to be our middle name when we get married (for women). the staff there at the phil consulate in chicago told me to send copies of my documents such as marriage license/cert. and a letter stating that its the same person so that they can issue me a certificate of one and same person. i'm willing to do it but i have worries. lets admit the fact that officers at the immigration are not the same. since i have a schedule going back to phils next year, they might question why i have a different middle name in my passport and greencard?

did anybody have the same experience? can u please share me yours? would be a great help to ease my worries and have a peace of mind. thanks in advance!
