Hi,

My address in my documents(W-2,ID,..) is different than the places where I lived.I changed my place a few times but kept the same address(my friends home address) on my documents to make sure I do not miss any mail. Which address do you think I should use in N-400 form. Any suggestion?

But I have to mention all places I have lived in during past 5 years. My issue goes back to 4 years ago..

If you did a G-325A, that is a starting point, you have to be accurate, only you can do that.
