Tuesday on VJs of Our Lives....

Nessa wakes up, go to the kitchen, make her cereal with expired milk, vanilla protein powder and flaxseed. Then she comes back to read VJ.

She says:

spinach soup with eggs in it?

yeah, I had this spinach mix and I didn't feel like cooking, so all i have to do is cook the mix and I boil a couple of eggs. There, I had my veggies and protein. Eggs can go in any soup.

i guess this is a hint for me to get more milk today.

I'm happy about the lecture since I'm really interested in genetics but at the same time I'm unhappy that I had to wake up early two days in a row

meadow gold viva fat free skim milk the same as that one you used to buy before I took over grocery and the same aws that one I've been nuying ever since. Just remember the milk you've been drinking for the past decade and you'll be fine.

Mel and I just had lunch at the market hall and she picked me up at work and met my boss and enjoyed the view from office.

My Mom's friend just sent me an email and asked me for the original file of one of the pics I took (on my flickr site) -she wants to get a large print, frame it and put it in her bedroom! I feel flattered.
