ok so my hubby just called .. they told him to be there at 10 am today.. it is 10:30 and no one is there.. he got there before 10am...

he can't wait any longer because he has to go to work...

he says the car starts fine now.. he has been turning off the alarm.. he thinks there might be something wrong with the alarm and that it is draining the battery...

ok so hubby just called again and said right after he hung up with me earlier the guy showed up and they took it to a mechanic and he said it was the battery... the dealer paid for the battery so that is good..

we will see if that is the problem I guess, hopefully it is....

yay, so that means I can go and do my errands now.. yippee

umm, this might be to much info but I was supposed to start a new pack of BC yesterday but I didn't have a car to go pick it up... I know I should take one pill when I get the pack and another pill at my regular time but how long to I need to take extra precautions??

I'm hearing some gossip around that the whole campus might close for 2 weeks at Christmas to save on energy or something like that. I'm hoping it's true. The bad thing is, it almost sounds too good to be true. You know what they say about things that are too good to be true....they usually are.

you know what i hate about teaching high school? sometimes the teachers act like they are still IN high school. there are cliques and gossip and all that #######. it's really annoying. i've got a pretty thick skin and i know because i'm department head there will be people with petty jealousies and annoyances, but really? we're adults.

Well, the library is already closed the week of Christmas so it would just be closed for an additional week after Christmas. Students won't be here so it wouldn't really hurt them. I doubt most professors will be here either. They generally skip town as soon as classes end. They did just send out an email stating that all thermostats have to be set at 68. No small personal heaters are allowed to be used anymore. It might come closer to a reality than I had previously thought.

Just so frustrating. Sometimes I want to scream: "YOU ARE NOT THE SMARTEST PERSON ALIVE AND IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH, I HAVE MY MASTER'S IN LITERATURE, NOT EDUCATION...SO STFU" but that wouldn't be very professional.
